Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and promptly assist them with their service needs, including scheduling appointments and discussing service requirements.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and accurately document customer concerns and service requests.
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services, including cost estimates and timelines, to customers.
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of service jobs while maintaining quality standards.
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the service process and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Upsell additional services or products as appropriate, based on vehicle condition and customer needs.
- Process service orders and invoices accurately and efficiently using dealership software systems.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and vehicle repairs.
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any further concerns.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, service procedures, and warranty information to provide accurate and helpful assistance to customers.

Qualifications:

- Diploma in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar position within an automotive dealership.
- Possess a valid LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) driving license.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
