Position title : Call Center Executive
Reports to : Assistant Manager - Operations
Location : Mohali

**Purpose and Objective of Role**:
A Call Centre Executive is responsible to solve queries when a customer calls. However, an executive may also contact customers directly for customer research purposes or perhaps to sell them something.

**Job Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Answer incoming calls from customers
- Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, making appointments for all modalities based on availability of slots, and resolve issues for customers
- Maintain and update customer information
- Ensure patient forms contain all necessary billing information
- Booking of home collections and forwarding to home collection department
- Maintaining data of Received and Missed calls

**Position Requirements**
**Critical skills **:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate calmly and diplomatically with customers, co-workers, and visitors
- Keen attention to detail, especially involving checking forms and documents for proper information
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Proficient in customer service
- Knowledge of medical insurance procedures
- Active listening and comprehension skills

**Work Experience/Education**:

- 2-3 Years’ experience in a customer service environment and preferably in a call centre environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree

**Key Result Areas**:

- Managing all calls in a timely and effective manner
- Providing the right solutions to customers
- Meeting targets in terms of quality of conversations and results

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
