**Qualification**
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution
- 1+ years of architectural experience preferably within the hiring firm’s field
- Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop,Lumion and 3ds Max is required

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to gather input and feedback on their residential project requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Regularly communicate and collaborate with clients to address any changes, modifications, or adjustments to the initial design plans, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Adjust contract terms and designs as necessary to accommodate changing client needs, budget considerations, or regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, and other professionals to ensure successful implementation and execution of the architectural designs.
- Oversee and manage architectural production staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure the designs are being implemented accurately and according to specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
