Position Title: Junior Architect
- Company: Homemake Architects
- Location: Office-based (Ernakulam)

**Responsibilities**:

- **3D Rendering and Modelling**:

- Proficiency in using 3D rendering and modelling software to create architectural designs and visualizations.
- Ability to translate architectural concepts into detailed 3D models with precision and creativity.
- **Drafting**:

- Execute architectural drafting tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and standards in all drafted designs.
- **Interior and Exterior Design**:

- Demonstrate skills in both interior and exterior design concepts.
- Ability to integrate aesthetic elements with functional requirements in design solutions.
- **Onsite Work Handling**:

- Assist in onsite activities such as site visits, measurements, and inspections.
- Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure the accurate implementation of design plans.
- **Driving License**:

- Possess a valid driving license for occasional travel to project sites and client meetings as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical drawing: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- 2 Wheeler Licence (preferred)

- Ernakulam, Kerala (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Relocate before starting work (required)
