**Hobit**, a leading online education provider, is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our wide range of online courses and engaging with customers through online chat. This role requires mínimal calling, focusing primarily on digital communication channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell various online courses offered by Hobit to prospective customers.
- Engage with customers through online chat platforms, answering their queries and providing necessary information about the courses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively communicate the value of Hobit courses to potential customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth sales process from initial inquiry to course enrollment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and persuasive approach.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Proficiency in online chat platforms and basic computer skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work towards targets and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Knowledge or interest in the education industry and online learning is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from 15K to 20K per month, depending on experience, along with additional incentives based on sales performance. This position is located in Faridabad, and it is a work-from-office opportunity.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
