**About Us**:
Meg World Technologies is a dynamic and growing company specializing in IT services, including software and website development, as well as real estate services. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our customer base and market reach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Growth**: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in software, website development, and real estate sectors.
- **Key Account Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the IT and real estate sectors. Understand client needs, anticipate requirements, and provide tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **New Business Development**: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and secure new orders through cold calling, networking, and other sales tactics.
- **Channel Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with partners, distributors, and dealers to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the IT and real estate sectors. Conduct regular market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of our software and website solutions, as well as real estate offerings. Stay informed about product developments and industry advancements.
- **Negotiation and Contract Management**: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties. Oversee contract development and execution.
- **Collaboration and Communication**: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Strive for continuous improvement in service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT or real estate sectors.
- Strong understanding of software, website development, and real estate markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
