**Job Title**: Junior Product Marketing Manager

**Location**: Mumbai/Hybrid

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Reports To**: Product Marketing Manager / Senior Product Marketing Manager

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Junior Product Marketing Manager to assist in driving the marketing strategies for our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to execute product launch plans, manage product life cycles, and ensure that our products align with market needs and business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Product Positioning & Messaging**: Assist in developing and executing the positioning, messaging, and value propositions of the products based on market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
- ** Market Research**: Conduct research to understand target audiences, customer needs, and market trends. Use these insights to inform product strategy and marketing efforts.
- ** Product Launches**: Support the execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring all marketing channels and teams are aligned.
- ** Sales Enablement**: Collaborate with the sales team to create product collateral, including product briefs, case studies, presentations, and training materials to ensure they have the tools they need to sell effectively.
- ** Customer Feedback & Analysis**: Collect and analyze customer feedback and data to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and product performance.
- ** Competitive Analysis**: Monitor and report on competitors’ marketing strategies and product developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
- ** Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to align on business objectives and product strategies.
- ** Performance Metrics**: Track and analyze product marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- ** Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably in the tech, SaaS, or consumer goods industries.
- ** Skills**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Understanding of marketing principles and product lifecycle management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with tools like CRM software, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
