**Job Role**:

- Works in the designated station as setby the Executive Chef and/or Sous Chef
- Able to operate kitchen equipment like braisingpans, bakingovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
- Able to produce quality products promptly and efficiently for the customers.
- Responsible to maintain cleanliness, and sanitation at the assigned work area.
- Responsible for preparing and cooking all food items by the recipeand to specification.
- Maintain correct portion size and quality of the food to the Company's standards.
- Assists other Team Members in the kitchen when needed or performs any other tasks assigned by the head Chef

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1- 2 years of Experience
- Minimum educational qualification is HSC
- Bachelor in Hotel Management (OPTIONAL)
- Experience required in a high-volume kitchen or full-servicehotel.
- Experience in Multi-Cuisine, Indian, Chinese, Continental, Thai, etc

**Responsibilities**:

- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and quality.
- Great personal hygiene and grooming standards.
- Should be able to communicate, read and write clearly and effectively.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Flexible shift

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
