**Job Title: International Sales Representative**
**Location: Kharadi, Pune (Hybrid: 2 weeks onsite, 2 weeks WFH)**

**Permanent Remote after 3 months**
**Experience: Minimum 6 months in international calling**
**Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹60,000/ Month + Incentives**
**Benefits: Both-side cab, meals on office days**
**Working Days: 5 days (Mon-Fri)**
**Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (Remote based on performance)**

We’re looking for a motivated **International Sales Representative** to drive sales through outbound calls to international clients. The role involves lead generation, sales presentations, and closing deals, while maintaining strong client relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound international calls to generate and qualify leads.
- Present products/services and close sales deals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- 6+ months of international calling experience.
- **Versant 6** proficiency preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- ₹50,000 - ₹60,000/month + incentives.
- Both side cab facilities on office days

Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month
