**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors (wholesale).
- Conduct field visits to demonstrate, promote products and technologies to farmers.
- Identify market potential and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Provide technical assistance and after-sales support to end-users.
- Collect field data, feedback, and insights to support product development and improvement.
- Organize and conduct farmer meetings, training sessions, and demo plots.
- Coordinate with internal sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth field-level execution.
- Monitor competitor activities and share timely reports with management.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth in the region.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Agriculture / Agri-Business / Horticulture or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a field officer or territory sales role, preferably in the agriculture sector.
- Strong knowledge of crop production practices, agri-inputs, and/or agri-tech products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Passion for working with rural communities and driving agricultural development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
