**Title**:Product Marketing Manager - Retail Assets

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manager Customer Communication and Product positioning for Loan Products
- Drive Product launches & revamps.
- Strategize Go-To-Market strategies along with competition benchmarking
- Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
- Execute Direct-to-Customer campaign communications.
- Create Sales support and internal marketing collaterals.
- Stakeholder management and business alignment
- Communication Tracking: Understanding the response rate of communication, what has worked and what has not, business generated etc.

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- Marketing and communication experience, min 8 years to 11 years.
- Experienced in handling central marketing and communication function
- Know what’s happening in the digital world, trends, platforms, effective digital marketing mediums
- A good mix of data understanding and out-of-the-box thinking
- Strong communication skills and good command of the English language
- Ability to work under pressure, speed to market and multi-task
- Manage BTL and creative agencies
- Vendor Management
- Good relationship management skills
