**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential business opportunities in the STEM education sector.
- Research and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's presence in STEM education.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
- Generate leads and establish new partnerships for STEM programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and solutions.
- Participate in presentations and negotiations with potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Provide insights to improve existing STEM education offerings.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field
- Proven track record in business development, preferably in education or STEM.
- Strong understanding of the education and STEM landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities.
- Sales-driven mindset with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
- Passion for promoting STEM education and its importance.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
