**Job Brief**:
We are looking for a **Marketing Executive** with experience in managing activities who can raise the profile of the Company through the development of active marketing strategies and communication programs in line with business objectives.

Your knowledge in marketing design will influence developments within our complete package of websites and you will manage the design, production, and maintenance of all business literature.

The position will require determination and an ability to organize a schedule to promote the range of products that we have available. You will be able to manage a marketing strategy that supports organizational goals around brand awareness, traffic growth and customer acquisition and retention.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Assist department in planning and supervising marketing operations to achieve revenue target.

Coordinate with GM in developing marketing plan and budget.

Recommend creative and cost-effective promotional activities.

Maintain customer relationship programs and track customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with Manager to initiate new consumer promotion campaigns and to develop consumer engagement plans.

Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.

Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Regular Website update and brochure management.

Generate sales and marketing reports to management when needed.

Cooperate with the management in the development of marketing programs and criteria to achieve sales goals.

Plan and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual lead generation resulting in opening new accounts and increased revenue. This involves working with and guiding a team of Research Executives and Inside Sales

Collateral portfolio for new and existing service offerings and products

Inbound and outbound lead generation support

Evaluate current marketing program and recommend improvements.

Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities.

**EDUCATION**:
MBA with Marketing or Digital Marketing.

**KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE**:
1-2 years of experience in product management / product marketing roles for a food company.

Experience in market analysis.

Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g., integrated marketing campaigns)

Working knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, and Digital Marketing)

Excellent communication skills, Creativity, Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills.
