**Job Description**:
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Apprentice Graphic Designer. This position is designed for someone who is passionate about graphic design and eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting. As an Apprentice Graphic Designer, you will work closely with our experienced design team to develop your skills, learn industry best practices, and contribute to a variety of design projects.

**Responsibilities**:
Assistance: Provide support to senior designers in the creation and execution of various design projects, including but not limited to print materials, digital assets, and branding materials.

Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop skills in graphic design software, design principles, and project management techniques.

Creative Input: Contribute ideas and concepts to design discussions, brainstorming sessions, and project briefs, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow as a designer.

Production Tasks: Assist in the preparation of design files for production, including formatting, proofing, and preparing files for print or digital distribution.

Research: Conduct research on design trends, industry standards, and competitor analysis to stay informed and contribute valuable insights to design projects.

Feedback Incorporation: Receive constructive feedback from senior designers and incorporate revisions into design work, demonstrating a commitment to improvement and growth.

Collaboration: Collaborate with team members from various departments to ensure design projects meet objectives and align with brand guidelines.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and techniques.
Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow in the field of graphic design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior designers.
Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
