**Reports To**: Center Manager / Salon Supervisor

**Position Summary**

A Hair Dresser at DERMA SLIM WELLNESS is responsible for delivering high-quality hair-cutting, styling, coloring, and hair-treatment services while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The role requires professional hair-care expertise, adherence to DERMA SLIM WELLNESS grooming standards, and the ability to provide personalized service to clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Hair Cutting & Styling**
- Perform haircuts for men and women based on client preference and current trends.
- Provide hair styling for daily wear, events, and special occasions.
- Guide clients on suitable hairstyles based on face shape, lifestyle, and hair texture.

**Hair Coloring & Chemical Treatments**
- Perform hair coloring (global, root touch-up, highlights, lowlights, balayage, etc.).
- Conduct patch tests and follow all safety protocols.

**Hair Care & Wellness Treatments**
- Recommend and perform hair spa, scalp treatments, and damage-repair therapies.
- Educate clients on after-care routines, maintenance, and suitable products.
- Identify hair/scalp issues and suggest appropriate DERMA SLIM WELLNESS treatments.

**Customer Service & Client Interaction**
- Welcome clients warmly and understand their requirements clearly.
- Provide professional consultation on services, styling options, and product recommendations.
- Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout the service experience.
- Handle client feedback professionally and maintain a positive service attitude.

**Hygiene, Safety & Salon Standards**
- Maintain workstation cleanliness, sanitization, and equipment safety.
- Follow all hygiene protocols as per DERMA SLIM WELLNESS standards.
- Ensure proper storage and usage of salon tools, machines, and chemicals.

**Operational Responsibilities**
- Assist in inventory management of salon products and tools.
- Support the team during peak hours to maintain smooth workflow.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated with trends and techniques.
- Promote DERMA SLIM WELLNESS hair-care packages, products, and memberships when appropriate.

**Required Qualifications**
- Diploma/Certification in Hair Dressing / Hair Styling from a recognized institute.
- 1-3+ years of experience in a salon
- Strong knowledge of hair cutting, coloring, styling, and chemical treatments.
- Ability to work with all hair types (men & women).

**Skills & Competencies**
- Professional grooming and communication skills.
- Technical proficiency in advanced hair techniques.
- Customer-focused, polite, and service-oriented behavior.
- Ability to upsell relevant services and products ethically.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

**Work Environment**
- Fast-paced salon environment within DERMA SLIM WELLNESS wellness.
- Work may require weekends or extended hours as per client demand.

Pay: ₹11,558.25 - ₹26,758.95 per month
