**JOB Location : Coimbatore / Delhi**

**Basic Roles and Responsibilities**
- Vessel Planning & consolidation for all ports - Chennai, Nhava Sheva, Shenzen, Colombo
- Constant communication with suppliers we deal with to make sure stock reaches on time to the uk to make launch and leaves on time to make cut off
- Bookings on torque are made in a timely manner and manage torque bookings along with taking complete ownership on the delivery tracker - managing to get the brand the best rates air & sea
- Be in touch with forwarders - conduct cross costing exercises. Check on vessel schedules
- Be in touch with the UK team to ensure we all are in the loop if there any issues with vessels
- Update the 301C - keep track when stock is arriving into the UK
- Proactively work on knowing the shipping climate so we are well aware how to plan for each phase
- Tentative vessel planning for different phases according to ex-factory and for each season so we can plan tentatively
- Take ownership on von maur - be in touch with AIT, ensure stock reaches on time into the AIT warehouse, make the AIT planning tracker, make the von maur tracker, vessel plan for the upcoming season so we have tentative dates on when to move the stock, if stock needs to be airfreighted or if there are any delays get costs accordingly
- Independently handle shipping meetings
- We need someone who can independently handle all of the above

**Required Experience / Qualifications**
- Open to someone in Coimbatore or Delhi even
- Someone senior who has at least 8-10 yrs of experience in shipping and logistics
- Has knowledge of freight/duty/customs for UK, USA and import into India
- Good communication and English skills as a lot of reporting is to the UK team
- Smart and independent and a self starter
- Proactive in approach and mindful.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
