Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Workshop Facilitation:

- Plan and deliver engaging and informative workshops on topics related to special education, tailored to the needs of educators.
- Develop workshop materials, including presentations, handouts, and interactive activities.
- Incorporate research-based strategies and practical techniques to support the professional development of educators.

2. Training Delivery:

- Provide instruction and training to special educators on evidence-based practices, instructional strategies, and interventions.
- Adapt training materials to meet the diverse needs of educators and students with disabilities.
- Offer ongoing support and guidance to educators as they implement new strategies in their classrooms.

3. Curriculum Development:

- Collaborate with team members to design and update training materials, curricula, and resources.
- Stay current on trends, research, and best practices in special education, integrating new findings into training materials.
- Create differentiated instructional materials and resources to support educators in meeting the needs of diverse learners.

4. Professional Development:

- Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to special education.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in special education and instructional design.
- Serve as a mentor and resource for educators seeking guidance on supporting students with disabilities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in special education.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a special educator, with a strong understanding of diverse learning needs and disabilities.
- Demonstrated experience in workshop facilitation, training delivery, and curriculum development.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices and interventions in special education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire educators.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with assistive technology and educational software is preferred.
- Certification in special education or relevant teaching credentials is a plus.

**Location**:
This position will be based at Delhi and may require travel to various schools or educational institutions within Delhi.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 per month
