Special Educator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assess and identify the learning needs of students with disabilities or special educational requirements.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ specific needs and goals.
- Provide direct instruction and support to students, both in small group and one-on-one settings.
- Collaborate with general education teachers to modify lesson plans and classroom materials to accommodate students with special needs.
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as necessary to ensure academic growth.
- Support students in developing social, emotional, and behavioral skills.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to keep them informed about student progress and involve them in the educational process.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of strategies to support students' academic and personal growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student assessments, progress, and IEP documentation.
- Stay informed on best practices, current research, and new tools in special education.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Valid Special Education teaching certification, if applicable.
- Experience working with students with special educational needs (preferably in a school setting).
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt instructional methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping students succeed.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
