**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Account Trainee** to support our accounts and finance team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals pursuing a career in accounting and finance. The trainee will assist in financial record-keeping, reconciliations, invoice processing, and other accounting functions while gaining hands-on experience in financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and transactions.
- Support the preparation of invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase orders.
- Help in reconciling bank statements and verifying financial data.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and tax filings as per statutory requirements.
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Maintain and update accounting databases and spreadsheets.
- Assist with audits and compliance checks.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for invoice processing.
- Perform other accounting tasks as assigned by the finance team.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Internship experience in accounting or finance will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.

Knowledge of financial compliance and audit processes.
