Ideal for individuals looking to grow in a dynamic and learning - focused environment, this role provides a strong foundation for a career in accounting and finance. **Key Responsibilities** - Assist in daily accounting and financial operations - Collaborate with the accounts team to maintain organized and up-to-date financial records - Support accurate documentation and system updating processes - Contribute to month-end and year-end closings, including reconciliations - Assist in report preparation and basic data analysis as needed **Requirements**: - Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking - Technologically adept with a willingness to learn financial tools - Basic understanding of accounting principles and standards - Effective communication and organizational abilities - Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks - Familiarity with Zoho Books and Tally is an added advantage **Career Path & Progression** - Training Duration: 6 months (Stipend ₹8000 to10,000/month) Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus Work Location: In person
