**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic **Sales & Marketing Executive** to handle school and educational group bookings. This role focuses on promoting Hardy’s World as the ideal destination for school trips, picnics, and educational outings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit schools and educational institutions to promote trip packages.
- Build relationships with principals, coordinators, and school decision-makers.
- Plan customized trip packages and offers for schools.
- Handle bookings, follow-ups, and after-visit feedback.
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth execution of school visits.
- Distribute brochures, handle calls, and manage leads.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in sales or marketing (school marketing preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willing to travel locally for school visits.
- Energetic, confident, and target-driven.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
