**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and ensure necessary items are restocked.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Maintain and update office records and files (physical and digital).
- **Customer Service**:
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests, providing them with a positive first impression of the company.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues or direct them to appropriate departments.
- **Team Coordination**:
- Collaborate with department heads or managers to facilitate communication across the office.
- Assist with human resources tasks such as employee records, payroll support, or recruitment.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:
- Ensure the office adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for employees.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Typically, a bachelor’s degree.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in an office management or administrative role, usually 1 years.
- **Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office).
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Performance bonus
