**About the Role**:
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic BBA graduates to join our dynamic team as Management Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced and challenging environment. **As a Management Trainee, you will be involved in various aspects of business operations, including**:

- **Client Management**: Building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and addressing client inquiries.
- **Business Development**: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, and preparing proposals.
- **Digital Platform Management**: Managing and monitoring online platforms, including social media, website, and online marketplaces.
- **Project Coordination**: Assisting in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- **Communication & Interpersonal Skills**: Interacting effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree** or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow.
