*Role Summary:*

The Project Planning and Process Executive will play a crucial role in the strategic planning and process management of interior fit-out projects. This position involves working closely with senior management to ensure project plans are executed efficiently and effectively.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure project milestones are met.
- Implement and monitor project management processes and methodologies.
- Prepare project documentation, including reports, schedules, and risk assessments.
- Analyze project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in resource allocation and project scheduling.
- Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

*Qualifications:*
- MBA in Project Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with construction or interior design industries is a plus.

Minimum Exp. 5 years

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
