**Telecaller (Customer Service Executive - Real Estate)**

Location: Vadodara

**Salary**:₹20,000 - ₹30,000 + Incentives

Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers can apply)

Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation Preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Daily outbound calling to potential leads regarding real estate projects
- Explain project details clearly and professionally over the phone
- Maintain follow-up calls and update lead status
- Fix appointments for site visits with the sales team
- Maintain call logs and customer data in CRM/software
- Resolve basic queries of customers or forward to sales/support team
- Ensure polite, confident, and professional tone at all times

Qualifications:

- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English
- Confident voice and positive attitude
- Basic computer and smartphone usage
- Ability to handle rejection and keep motivation
- Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
