3. Job Description

**Responsibilities**:
Make sure children attend the session, finish the homework, participate in learning with the institution. Assist children in reviewing their progress, skills, and achievements. Help children with their doubts and homework.

Monitoring the study performance of the children on a daily basis

Collates data and updates parents on the week-to-week learning status of the children through Whatsapp messages and calls.

Maintaining a good relationship with all your children and parents, solve all their problems, able to provide solutions for different cases. Provide the best support and get maximum satisfaction from users.

4. Work location:
Bengaluru，onsite work.
5. Employment Mode: Full-time, regular employees
6. Work time: Monday to Saturday, 12pm to 9pm
7. Language: English and Hindi (must)
8. Experience: 0-2 Years
9. Education: Bachelor degree or above
10. Salary - 5LPA (50% fixed - 50% variable), Best as per the ed-tech industry standards.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
