**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Welcoming and Greeting**:
- Warmly welcome clients, visitors, and staff to the office.
- Professionally answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Assist clients with general information and direct them to the appropriate resources.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing office calendars.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with real estate agents and other team members to coordinate administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth office operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate or diploma; additional education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Familiarity with real estate industry practices and terminology is advantageous.
- Proficient in using office equipment, including multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
