We are looking for a passionate and motivated **Affiliate Marketing Executive (Fresher)** to join our growing digital marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in digital marketing and learn the ins and outs of affiliate partnerships, promotions, and performance-based marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and recruit new affiliates, influencers, and content partners.
- Maintain relationships with existing affiliate partners and ensure consistent performance.
- Assist in creating and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with the content, SEO, and design teams to ensure proper creatives and messaging.
- Stay updated with trends in affiliate marketing and competitor strategies.
- Support tracking, reporting, and monthly payout processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Strong interest in digital marketing and performance-based campaigns.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of affiliate networks (like ShareASale, CJ, Impact, etc.) is a plus.
- Comfortable with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and result-driven.
