**Job Summary**:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

**Renewal Operations Executive** to oversee and support the end-to-end insurance policy renewal process. The role requires coordination with internal teams (Agent & RM), insurers, and clients to ensure timely and accurate renewals, data management, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Skills Required**:
∙Good communication and persuasion skills ∙Basic knowledge of insurance products and renewals ∙Ability to handle pressure and able to convert renewals ∙Ability to manage data accurately and meet timelines

**Qualifications & Experience**:∙Graduate in any discipline (preferred: B.Com, BBA, or related field) ∙Minimum 1-2 years of experience in insurance operations/renewals ∙Familiarity with insurance software and insurer portals

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
