Purpose: Implementation Advisor
Own key aspects and communications of the Ready Project Resource Management process[DT2], including the organization of new order documents (Sales2Service documents, Signed Sales Order Forms, SalesForce, and Smartsheets), and project evaluation and assignments
Management of onboarding mailbox addressing Sales, Service teams, and Customer inquiries
Leads the effort to create and maintain documentation on the Project Assignment processes, as well as relevant tools and systems utilized to execute those processes
Work cross-functionally to ensure proper usage and data integrity of internal tools and systems related to the Project Assignment processes
Maintains regular auditing schedules to ensure accurate data reporting and proper archival processes for aged orders
Owns the effort to identify, prioritize, and address operational gaps within the Project Assignment processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure success
Measure performance and business impact of the Project Assignment processes, reporting results up to Sr. Management in conjunction with the Business Analytics team
Identify and deliver process improvements for project assignments and Customer Assignment Sheet maintenance
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:
Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and deadlines
Proven communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with Ready or SaaS HCM consulting and software preferred
Experience and proficiency with Smartsheet or MS-Excel.
Proven track record of process improvement.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to meet mutually agreed upon deliverables.
Ability to work in business required shift timings (11:30 AM to 8:30 PM IST)
