Job Overview:
We are seeking both freshers and experienced professionals to join our team as IT Advisors. In this role, you will provide strategic guidance, technical expertise, and support to help optimize the use of technology and IT resources across the organization. As an IT Advisor, you will have the opportunity to assess business needs, recommend solutions, and ensure that the company’s IT infrastructure supports its overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise senior leadership and management on IT strategy, infrastructure, and security.
- Evaluate current technology and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend and implement IT solutions to enhance business operations and improve efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance on software, hardware, network systems, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT initiatives and projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, especially in data protection and cybersecurity.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies for mitigating IT-related risks.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee vendor management, including assessing third-party solutions and contracts.
- Provide training and support to team members on IT best practices and tools.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network systems, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies (experience may vary depending on seniority).
- Proven ability to assess and recommend technology solutions that align with business needs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plus.
- Familiarity with business continuity planning and disaster recovery strategies.

- Client-focused approach with a strong customer service mindset.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ghaziabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
