**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry Duties**:

- Enter purchase, sales, and production-related data into the ERP/Tally system.
- Maintain day-to-day records of raw material inward/outward and finished goods.
- Update and maintain stock and inventory registers.
- Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in daily entries.
- Coordinate with the store, production, and dispatch departments for data collection.

**Accounting Duties**:

- Support daily accounting work such as voucher entry, journal entry, and invoice recording.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and petty cash handling.
- Help in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory records.
- Maintain proper documentation of bills, receipts, and payment records.
- Support monthly closing and audit preparation tasks.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum qualification: B.Com or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in data entry or junior accounting roles (experience in a têxtile or manufacturing company preferred).
- Proficiency in **Tally ERP**, MS Excel, and basic accounting software.
- Familiarity with inventory systems, GST, and basic taxation.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

**Salary Range**: ₹12,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
