1. Lead Follow-up and Relationship Building:

- Initiate contact with leads generated through various channels.
- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings to explain Bharat Teleclinic’s business model comprehensively.
- Address client queries and resolve doubts regarding our telehealth solutions and services.
2. Sales Process Management:

- Guide potential clients through the purchasing process, ensuring clarity on product features, pricing, and service offerings.
- Assist clients in navigating financial aid options and provide necessary support.
3. Client Support and Upselling:

- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing support.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or upgrades based on client requirements.
4. Product Training and Sales Support:

- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions..
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction.
5. Market Analysis and Reporting:

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,767.07 per month
