We are looking for sales coordinator to supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating client communication, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process. This role bridges the gap between sales representatives, customers, and management to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the sales team in day-to-day operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate and follow up on sales orders, quotations, and contracts.
- Maintain sales records, reports, and dashboards (MIS).
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with logistics for timely deliveries.
- Track sales performance and share regular updates with management.
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams (sales, accounts, operations).
- Follow up with clients for payments, documentation, and service support.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of CRM / ERP software (preferred).
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving attitude.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
