**Overview**
- The Technology Business Management (TBM) Senior Manager for Data and Integration will focus on defining
- TBM data model meeting cost transparency requirements, ensuring availability of operational and financial data, and maturing these data throughout the implementation and on an ongoing basis. This role will also be responsible for overall integration of TBM platform with all financial and operational source systems. This role will partner across IT systems owners and service providers to achieve these
- deliverables. This is a great leadership opportunity to be involved at an early stage ground level in shaping and
- leading the program.

**Responsibilities**
**Accountabilities**:

- Lead data and integration areas during TBM platform implementation
- Help define TBM roadmap based on data availability & future plans; Drive TBM program maturity by
- driving data accuracy and completeness.
- Build expertise in financial and IT operational data for usage in TBM cost and value analysis.
- Understand data model and architecture of Apptio (TBM platform) and source systems; Decide on
- TBM data model and integration patterns during the implementation.
- Define data model within a TBM standard taxonomy to achieve TBM cost transparency, insights and
- benchmarking objectives for North America and International IT spend.
- influence data lifecycle of source systems in order to drive TBM maturity
- Focusing on good / better / best concepts of data and drive towards achieving superior data quality and completeness; Also drive TBM program phases as data source quality matures
- Establish integration patterns to be utilized for integration between source systems and TBM
- solution; Ensure integrations are developed and delivered meeting specifications.
- Help drive programs necessary to enable availability of required data for TBM (e.g. Time Tracking within IT)
- Support validation of the TBM results by validating source system IT operational and financial data.

**Qualifications**
**Key Skills/Experience Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of related IT data and integration work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with IT operational and IT financial data including driving roadmaps to improve data quality and completeness Ability to collaborate and drive enhancements of IT systems for TBM data needs
- Superior ability to drive IT service provides roadmap to provide service data needed for TBM
- Working knowledge of IT service providers KPI tracking and reporting is a plus.
- Ability to lead a small team of targeted expertise to drive TBM program data modeling and integration. Superior ability to collaborate with senior leaders, business and IT is a must.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills including the ability to develop positive relationships with IT
- partners
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives and the impact on people, processes and technology
- Global experience is preferred
