**Responsibilities**:
**1) Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to promote educational programs.**
- Conduct market research to identify prospective students and competitors' offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing content and materials.
- Represent the institution at educational fairs, conferences, and other relevant events.

**2) Student Acquisition and Conversion**:

- Generate leads and inquiries through marketing efforts and convert them into enrolled students.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations to understand students' interests, goals, and needs.
- Provide personalized guidance and counselling to prospective students, helping them choose the most suitable program based on their interests, academic background, and career aspirations.
- Maintain a database of prospective students, track their progress, and follow up to ensure timely enrolment.

**3) Academic Counselling and Support**:

- Provide academic counselling to current students, assisting them in course selection, scheduling, and program requirements.
- Monitor students' academic progress, identify challenges, and offer appropriate support and resources.
- Collaborate with faculty and other staff members to address students' academic concerns and facilitate their success.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and individual sessions on study skills, time management, and academic success strategies.
- Stay updated on educational trends, career opportunities, and industry developments to provide relevant information and guidance to students.

**4) Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, current students, parents, and relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as admissions, marketing, and academic departments, to ensure a seamless student experience.
- Participate in networking events and maintain connections with educational institutions, organizations, and industry professionals.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the institution, promoting its values, reputation, and educational offerings.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
