Telecaller executive for B2B CCTV Manufacturing Company

**Position Title**: Telecaller executive

**Department**: Sales & Marketing

**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Marketing Manager

**Location**: Mohali

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Sourcing & Research**:

- Identify potential leads within key industries (e.g., retail, logistics, education, government) by researching online directories, databases, and industry publications.
- Utilize LinkedIn, trade shows, and other platforms to discover new business prospects.
- Gather and maintain updated contact information for potential leads.
- Cold Outreach & Communication:

- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the client’s needs and determine their interest in CCTV security systems.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our CCTV solutions and how they meet the specific needs of each prospect.

**Lead Qualification**:

- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (such as budget, need, and readiness to purchase) using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or other qualification methods.
- Use a consultative approach to uncover customer pain points and introduce suitable CCTV solutions.
- Pass qualified leads to the sales team for follow-up and further nurturing.

**CRM Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update lead status in the company CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Track lead progress and manage follow-up actions to ensure leads are consistently nurtured.

**Reporting & Feedback**:

- Report weekly/monthly lead generation performance and share insights on the quality and progress of generated leads.
- Provide feedback on common customer objections and pain points to help refine messaging and outreach strategies.

**Collaboration & Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions to improve outreach tactics and target new market segments.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of or interest in the CCTV or security industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
