**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain production schedules based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.
- Coordinate with production teams to prioritize and schedule production orders to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components needed for production.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and quality assurance, to address production issues and ensure product quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement production planning policies, procedures, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in production planning and control.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in production planning and control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or MRP systems).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Certification in production and inventory management (e.g., CPIM) is a plus.
