- Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.

**Feedback Collection**:

- Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- Report recurring issues to management for resolution.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and technical support to meet customer needs.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for service improvements.

**Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Prepare reports on customer service activities and trends.

**Key Competencies**:
