**Sales executive /sales officer Roofing Sheet (Anna aluminium company pvt Ltd)**

**Key Responsibility**
- Developing and executing marketing plan to drive the brand awareness and client acquisition.
- Accruing new customers/distributors in the assigned area.
- Prepare presentations and marketing plans for new clients.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competition analysis, and opportunities for growth.
- Organizing promotional events with marketing executives.
- Coordinate Sales & Marketing Executives.
- Achieve the team sales targets.
- Target monitoring - Daily, weekly, monthly.
- Prepare MIS report for assessing sales/executive /client/revenue etc.
- Create schedule for market visit and visit market based on it.
- Coordinate and conduct daily /monthly meeting with executives on-line or off-line based on the circumstance and administer the meeting.
- Be the part of new model development.
- Training, motivating ,mentioning, coaching and counselling team members.
- Maintain good rapport with distributors and channel partners.
- Work diligently to resolve unique and recurring customer complaints, promoting loyalty and enhancing operations.
- Develop Marketing Strategies for higher marketing penetration and achievement of business growth.
- We Expect a sales progressive growth as per the sales target set by the management from time to time.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
