Looking for **CA having 2-3 **years of post qualification work experience in Financial Reporting, Audit and other tax compliances.

1. Well versed with Ind AS and excel control for preparation of Financial Statements: (i) Should have in-depth knowledge of IND-AS along with hands-on experience in preparation of Financial Statements and necessary provisions/ workings.
(ii) Assisting in preparation of Financials along with working sheets which need to be sent to the Management and Holding Company on monthly basis.

2. MIS Reporting skills: Ability to analyze the financial information and provide remarks on the movements in the Profit & loss statement and Balance Sheet Movement. These critically reviewed remarks on Financial Statements need to be presented to the Management on a monthly basis.

3. Coordination with Stat Auditor and ensure timely compliance: Understanding of statutory Requirement and timely compliance of the same. Maintaining monthly compliance calendar for coming months and sharing monthly report on all compliance activity carried out in the month.

4. Internal Audit compliances: (i) Understanding processes of various functions of the Company and test check the actual process with these laid down processes from time to time and raise the red flags to the management in case of any process lapse. (ii) Coordinating with Internal auditor and relevant functions for collating necessary details, concluding the internal audit and resolving the findings identified or highlighted by the Internal Auditor within tight timelines.

5.Compliance knowledge: Well versed with the statutory compliance requirements i.e. income tax compliance requirement, GST compliance requirement and labor law compliance requirements. Ability to keep updated of all compliance amendments.

6. Accounting Tool knowledge: Well versed with Tally / SAP or any other accounting software.

7. Process Automation skills: Take lead to automate certain areas under the Tally accounting system or SAP. Automating system generated reports for streamlining MIS reporting, Profit Centre & Cost Centre wise reporting. Ease of doing reporting and compliance.

What should be your skill set/qualification?
Should have a degree of **Chartered Accountant with First Attempt**.
Should have experience in partnering with an executive team, and have a high level of written and oral communication skills.
Should have hands-on experience in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Power Point). Good interpersonal, presentation, communication and team management skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
