**Role Overview**

We are looking for motivated Lead Generation Specialist Interns to help us identify, approach, and convert potential clients for our IT and digital services. This is a project-based, commission-driven role where your earnings depend on the leads you generate and the deals you help close. The more quality leads and conversions you deliver, the higher your income.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, social media, and other channels.
- Create and manage outreach campaigns to connect with potential leads.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and aligning them with our services.
- Follow up consistently to build strong client relationships.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Achieve lead generation and conversion targets to maximize commission earnings.
- Propose creative ideas to improve lead quality and outreach strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of digital marketing, sales, or business development.
- Must have completed or be pursuing a digital marketing or related course.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong social media and online research skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Must have a personal laptop/PC and reliable internet connection.
- Comfortable working on a performance-based compensation model (no fixed salary).
