**Basic Requirement**
- The applicant must have extensive experience with all aspects of app development, including design, development, and deployment.
- A high degree of perfection and meticulousness are essential for this role.
- Have worked on web app designing products.
- Must be self-motivated with strong leadership skills.

**Technical skill**
- Technical proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, GIF Animation, Corel Draw, etc.
- Can Design websites in line with the W3C standards.
- Designing dynamic templates Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
- Can create high-performance XHTML and CSS pages.
- Can effectively do theme and landing page design.
- Build engaging and user-attention image design.
