Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain products/services and answer questions from customers.
- Generate leads and follow up on potential opportunities.
- Maintain a database of customer information.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Follow up on customer feedback and resolve complaints.
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
