We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in communicating with potential customers, providing information about our services, and setting up appointments for further discussions. Your main goal will be to build positive customer relationships and support our sales team in generating leads.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients.
- Inform customers about our products and services.
- Answer questions and address customer concerns.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and leads.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls and customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
- Basic computer knowledge.
