**Location: Thane/Malad Mumbai**

Education: Graduate/ HSC

Experience: Graduate with 1+ year of experience. Into chat or Voice max salary 6lpa

/ HSC with 1+ year of experience salary 5.2lpa

Shift Timings: US shift

Working Days: 5 days working / 2 Rotational off

**Salary**: Maximum salary up to 6 lacs and minimum would depend on the last drawn.

Transport facility: Home pick up and drop for night shifts only.

Requirement;
Skill: chat + voice Customer Service experience
- 1 year to 2 years experience in a call center environment/ chat process Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills / chat assessment and grammar test

Shifts
- Comfortable to work in US Shifts

ROI: HR, TR, MR

Need all document from all firm /no absconded/ Verification with respect to pf account.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
