**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all online reservation requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
- Ensure all reservations are updated and accurate.
- Work with other teams to ensure cross-functional efficiency.
- Monitor reservation trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Follow up with clients both pre and post reservation to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work with the team to develop and implement new procedures to ensure optimal reservation management.
