**Job description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating appointments, meetings and calls between customers and sales team.
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Handling objections and closing the sales deal efficiently.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Assisting in achieving targeted revenues from current and new customers.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Must be proficient in outbound calling.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
- Solution oriented with effective problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Exposure to SaaS based selling will be an advantage.
