Office Coordinator

1. Coordinate sales-related activities such as meetings, conferences, and presentations.
2. Handle incoming inquiries and provide information about products and services.
3. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
4. Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and other documents as required.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
6. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and quotations.
7. Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
8. Keep track of sales targets, performance metrics, and sales activities.
9. Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service role.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
9. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
