Key Responsibilities
**Training Design and Delivery**
- Develop and implement effective teacher training modules and workshops, focusing on:
- Pedagogical methods.
- Subject-specific strategies.
- Classroom management and student engagement techniques.
- Integration of technology in teaching.
- Conduct training sessions for pre-service and in-service teachers using interactive and practical approaches.
- Assess training needs through feedback, classroom observations, and discussions with school management.
**Content Development**
- Create high-quality training materials, manuals, handouts, and e-learning resources tailored to the needs of teachers.
- Stay updated with the latest educational research, teaching trends, and policies to ensure training content is current and effective.
**Teacher Assessment and Feedback**
- Observe classroom teaching to evaluate teachers' performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback and actionable strategies to enhance teaching effectiveness.
**Capacity Building**
- Mentor and coach teachers individually or in groups to build their confidence and skill sets.
- Foster a growth mindset among teachers, encouraging continuous learning and self-improvement.
**Collaboration**
- Work closely with school leaders to align training objectives with institutional goals.
- Collaborate with curriculum developers and educational consultants to improve teaching methodologies.
**Monitoring and Reporting**
- Evaluate the impact of training programs on teaching quality and student outcomes.
- Prepare reports and maintain records of training activities, teacher progress, and program effectiveness.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
